I just got perma banned.

I recently just got perma banned for my toxic behavior. I admit I was bad and being toxic, but I think it's a bit too much. A month ban would've been reasonable or something else, but not a perma ban. There are players worse then me out there and I know that for a fact but when I just tilt for 2 games I get perma banned? I try to keep my cool, but sometimes there are games that just blindside you and make you talk without putting thought into what you're saying. Please Riot, I know you can help me out on this.

You dont get to choose whats reasonable ban duration and what your punishment should be.

a perma ban in any game to which you spent money and did not abuse / hack / cheat the system is utterly disgusting. if someone is toxic on chat, disable their chats if someone keeps feeding on purpose disable gaming with other players for a duration or put a condition to play 10 games with bots or some other crap a ban, let alone a permaban is like giving a death sentence, which is a bit too much for the very small "offenses" that happen during a game of league. Riot's philosophy is either extremely catering to snowflakes, controlled by snowflakes, or is a victim of social media attacking it for lack of defending victim mentality.

Riot, get a grip. banning an account WILL NOT prevent the player from coming back with a different account and flaming / feeding / cheating / etc on another account. even banning IP is not a thing anymore with proxies.

Find a better solution, this is utterly absurd, whoever is in charge of this system needs to go get a few courses in psychology and philosophy and maybe listen to some debates online to get a better perspective on how to deal with conflict.

If you want to speak to someone at Riot about it, I'd recommend you send a support ticket to them and see if they'd be willing to give you a second chance. To be honest though, they rarely ever unban a permabanned account if the ban was rightfully applied. Good luck.

It all depends on the level of toxicity. Any racism, homophobic, and sexist slurs are perma banned on sight (usually). Riot hates that more than anything. No warnings, just a ban.

You legit need to type to message anything in this game, just dont hit enter in the first place, problem solved, scream at the screen and punch the wall if you need too, but the second you take to chat and start being toxic, you're spreading shit that is corrosive and festers like fire among other players, you're punishment is deserved, also no one just instantly gets perma banned for toxic behaviors, you had your warnings, you had your chances, but you chose you continue to spread shit among the community, no one forced you to do anything, no one took your hands and forced you to type a thing, that was all by choice, your ban is well deserved, may you reflect on your actions and realize that saying nothing is always better than saying something corrosive.

I was toxic... i never say anything then they post 3 walls of text from game chat log and they're like... ok maybe ive said some things but none are worth banning for... or another favourite of mine... i said it but perma? Wth is wrong with you? I didnt get any warnings... after chat restriction and 14 day ban
