I had a feeder in my game
This fiora went 0 14 and fed cammile every time. They were talking like friends and playing around dueling and loosing constantly. We lost game.

If you feel that someone on your team was playing too lose you are extremely encouraged to report them after the game and, if you feel you should go the extra mile, report them directly to Riot Support via ticket.
It is always unfortunate, just report and move on. It happens on the rare occasion.
Unfortunately, it is very unlikely that a feeder is gonna get banned unless they int several games in a row and are mass reported by other players, that's why the ban system is kinda meh.

looking at your "responses" I see you have a very poor understanding of Riot.
Riot is trying to make money, they are for profits company not a charity, but unlike blizzard and EA, they try their best to make the game fun, make the community happy with the shitty Remixes (they are funny) and a bunch of stuff, sure the game is kinda slightly Really fucked with balence, but Riot is working on it, they make big patches instead of shitty small ones like Fortnite.
its disappointing that you have many trolls in your games, but the match making system is luck.
