Formal Report on a player.

Dear Riot, I am writing to tell you about one of my experiences on your game, League Of Legends. A player by the name of <removed by moderation> has violated your rules of conduct. (and moral / common rules of league) The Player <removed by moderation> Had 1. Trolled in my game. One example of this is when My champion (Master Yi) was banned (on purpose) to troll in this game. Also In the lobby chat, The player exclaimed AFK and she did that throught the game. 2. Exclaimed toxic remarks at me and my team (Look in Chat Logs). 3. Taken a priority role from a player named <removed by moderation> The player, <removed by moderation> had taken the role of top (With no consent from <removed by moderation>) and forced to play mid against an Ahri. The player had done this in multiple of her past games also. 4. Finally I was again matched with this person and my champion ,Master Yi, was again banned proving it was done on purpose. Please deal out some sort of punishment on this player -Matt
