Getting tired of AFK players keeping me in Bronze.

I've lost a number of games in a row because someone afks in the middle of the game, especially when we are WINNING. The matchmaking keeps giving me afk players and I've been demoted twice from it. I haven't won a ranked game in 2-3 days because of it, how do you expect me to get out of bronze division when it's 4v5 every god damn game?? It's entirely out of my hands and yet I'm getting punished for it. The regular seasons going to start up and even if I win all of my placement you can beat your ass it'll place me back in bronze 4 cause that's apparently how good I am when it's not. Why am I getting punished for things other players are doing??

If AFKs are really the thing keeping you in bronze, you should probably AFK a lot less.

AFK's suck, nobody with a brain would disagree with that sentiment.

That being said, if you can't escape Bronze that's on you because you can carry in Bronze from any role including support.

You know its possible to win 4v5 right? I've done it several times even if our teammate was AFK from the beginning. Just ignore the fact that you are 4v5 and play more carefully and most importantly, play smart. Don't get caught and just wait for the enemy team to make a mistake.

People going AFK are annoying. Report them. They'll be dealt with.

But if you really want to improve your rank and avoid AFKs at the same time, make your own teams with people you know do not go AFK.

It's really possible to climb out. Just focus on improving, and you will. I'm the rank I am because I haven't improved enough to climb out. Chill and play. It's just a game. :)

Just a bit ago I won a few 4v5's in a row, its not hard if you know how to play carry's...or carry.
