I've Been Perm Banned

I have been perm banned on my league of legends account. I've been stuck in Bronze for 3 season straight and I'm sick of it, I ping to my teammates and talk in chat to not do something or go somewhere and they just flame me and ignore it. I'm sick of losing games over and over due to teammates not listening, how would you feel losing Bronze 4 promos 6 times in a row? I've spent over a thousand dollars on riot points and have been a player since the beginning and to get perm banned and lose it all? That's ridiculous. My teammates don't listen to me and start being toxic towards me so I flame them back and I think, "we were both being toxic so there is no point in reporting" but i get reported and banned. It's so unfair and outrageous. I'm losing $1000 and all my progress because people can't take words over a keyboard?? There is a swear filter for a reason if you don't like swear words, use it. I have the right to be mad, and I feel many people in the community will agree. Imagine being stuck in bronze for 3 season straight knowing you're way better than a bronze player. Imagine losing promos to get into bronze 4 (which is horrible) 6 times in a row due to trolls and people not listening or even considering my help. Imagine losing every champion in the game owned and over $1000 worth of skins bought. I'm not saying just because I've spent money I should be able to break the rules but it's honestly ridiculous I'm being perm-banned for something as dumb as this. Please reconsider this ban as I am a very valuable customer who has honestly done nothing wrong, it's an eye for an eye, if someone flames me, I'm sure as hell flaming them back. The difference is I'm man enough to say "we both were toxic and are in the wrong so I'm not going to report anyone" while they just report me and I get banned when they are being just as toxic. Thanks you for taking the time to read this and hopefully you realize the mistake made and change my circumstances.

So you refuse to change your attitude after receiving your chat restrictions & 14 days suspension?
How does being toxic actually help the team at all?
How do you think cursing & swearing at your teammates would get you any further at all?
Since when did you think someone using the mute button gives you all the rights to trash-talk?

"My teammates don't listen to me" - nothing forces them to. "start being toxic towards me" - mute and report and get those behaviours deleted from real life. "I flame them back and I think, "we were both being toxic so there is no point in reporting"" - don't worry, others having more common sense than you reported the other flamers so now they're banned too. However, why would you flame back? "people can't take words over a keyboard" - well, no, some people are ill and actually can't take words over a keyboard. But for all the rest of us, we just won't put up with your disrespect. You misbehave in an attempt to bully us? Doesn't matter how ridiculously unsuccessful you were, you still deserve to lose your teeth to slappage. "if you don't like swear words" - why do you think it's about swearing? It's about personal aggression, no one cares if you say "shit". "I have the right to be mad" - rights don't exist. We're animals, do animals have rights? Can you prevent a wolf from eating a lamb because the lamb has the right to live? No. We're the same, just with duties deriving from our consciousness. So the question is rather, is being mad against your duties? Well, in some cases, yes. For example, you have no right to be mad at someone who's bad, or who picks off meta. But whenever you're allowed to be mad, you're never allowed to show it. No one wants to know about your ego. "knowing you're way better than a bronze player" - no you don't know that, you believe that. Think about yourself. Be honest. I'm not talking about the game. Reflect on your life in general and wonder whether you've been building up illusions for yourself. "it's an eye for an eye" - That's fortunately been gone for a while in societies. "if someone flames me, I'm sure as hell flaming them back" - The game isn't your property, you don't make the rules. And even if they kindly decided to listen to us, well too bad that you're against the majority. And can't you think of everyone else in the team? You are making the game shit for them. That's who reported you. Innocent people that don't abuse reports and have still value in their reports as a result. And they reported the other guys too and got them banned. "Thanks you for taking the time to read this and hopefully you realize the mistake made and change my circumstances" - This is changing a bit in recent times, but Riot generally doesn't read that much single cases on their forums. This section is here firstly so that us users and some volunteers can explain to you why you're banned. If you think you can get anyone on your side, you should start from player support. But be careful, if you act like an ass they'll just use macro, inappropriate responses.

So. Let me get this straight.

They flamed you, you flamed them back. What a brilliant idea. Good job, 10/10.
You spent $1000 dollars, good for you, that's their money that you willingly gave to them. What's your point? The amount of money you spent means nothing if your personality is shit.
You have the right to be mad, you don't have the right to be a dick to them publicly. If need be, just vent in real life or whatever, but stay away from the chat bar.
Riot really doesn't undo perma-bans unless there was a genuine mistake, which this is clearly not.
You're not much of a valuable customer, they still got your $1000 dollars, the community is free of one more toxic player, and you'll probably make another account and spend money again, so what's your point? And there's lots of other people spending money and getting banned or not getting banned, you're not any big person to them.
Have you ever heard of the phrase "An eye for an eye makes the whole world blind?" Retaliation might feel good in the moment, but your permaban isn't ridiculous at all judging from what you said. And your behavior obviously doesn't show any signs of changing, so why should you be unbanned? You're just going to flame them again if they flame you.
"man enough" Actually, the "man enough" thing to do would be to be the bigger person and not have flamed them in the first place.
Great, you're obviously feeling the results of your consequences, which should be good reason to not ever act like this again. Go make a new account if you want to play League again.
