So I am currently on one due to losing my WiFi . the problem is it started at 20 minutes and not 5 like I read. Why did it start at 20 :(

The times go up for repeated offenses. Ranked leaves are also weighted much higher although if you were previously in good standing I don't think that would escalate you to 20 min.
