My account has recently been permanently suspended for the use of "malicious 3rd party programs"

So... my LoL account has gotten suspended for using 3rd party programms... I Have never, ever used scripts as I myself think it is unfair! I still got banned though litteraly without a reason! If a Rioter belives i have actually used scripts in ONE of my games i would really really like to see which one it is... I dont believe there is any evidence of my scripting (BECAUSE I DONT) and would like to see if there is anyway that i could get my account back... Two of my friends (aekjimaras + RoastedNipple) have the same problem and the emails were sent minutes apart, noone of us have used scripts or unfair third party programms!Thanks for reading this and please take the time to review the cases as we believe there is nothing you will find. If you would like more information on the accounts we will be glad to help you help us. P.S. even if we dont get our accounts back we would like reasons and evidence on our bans... Well, as far as evidence goes they usually don't release info related to scripting bans. This is to prevent the scripters from being able to circumvent their detection methods.

However, if you'd like a manual review of your case (though most scripting cases are manually reviewed already), feel free to open a ticket with Player Support.

I have tried sending them a ticket but I haven't gotten a response. Well it may be because of chosing the wrong "request" when the "chose your request" pops up. Anyway do you think i should send a second one? We have sincerely never scripted or you used third party programms. Except if "Wooxy" (custom skins programm) is counted as an unfair thirs party programm. But that was a long time ago and we only got banned yesterday. Thanks For your Time!!

so there is this reddit post : https://www.reddit.com/r/leagueoflegends/comments/3k4iyt/is_wooxy_safe_and_wont_you_get_banned_from_using/) and basically what they all said is that noone gets banned from using this... what i am thinking is maybe we got banned for account sharing because we have been using internet cafes... im out of theories guys...

They look at more than just IP address for account sharing, otherwise people on campus or in PC Bangs would all get banned.

Please keep in mind that there is not a single Riot post on that thread, just a couple of people using it that haven't yet been banned. I can't say for sure that's the reason you were banned, but it's not impossible.

I would just wait for an answer from your ticket. Even if you selected the wrong option, it will be transferred to the right department, it might just take longer. I don't recommend making another one as that will just slow down the process.
