can riot make it so that ur game doesnt count as a defeat if a teammate just afk's after surrender vote fails?

Too much room for abuse.
Yeah, if your team is losing and someone "takes one for the team", you then have 4 players who aren't being properly evaluated for their performance.
In most cases, people won't AFK after a failed surrender vote if they are winning.
For that matter, .. MOST (although there are definitely exceptions) people will not even initiate a surrender vote if they are winning.
