I am chat restricted? For what? I haven't even played a game till now and I am chat blocked!!! I can't even make awesome game plays with my team thanks to this and since I can not speak to my team I am unable to warn them of ganks, wards, and so on. Thanks Riot for the SUPER bad system of report system when a 4v1 team comp reports you for NOTHING wrong and gets punished for NOTHING and having to deal with this garbage. Already had a Queue waiting restriction of 5 plus minutes thanks to DC (Disconnections issues) for 5 games) and now this. Riot please fix the issues or this is going to become a game not worth playing for anyone pro or casual.

4 people reporting you doesn't do anything if you didn't do anything wrong. If you think you were wrongly punished, open a ticket with riot support. If you want us to help you understand why you might have been punished, post your chat logs.
