perma banned?

Someone in champ select bans my yasuo even though i tell him im going yasuo then calls me the N word. I go ashe mid and end up getting A s- however i still get reported and then perma banned? Why exactly? here are the logs. After chat restriction you become flagged and undesirable. From now on RIOT will hunt you and will use any excuse to kick you out from the game. That's just how it works. RIOT don't ban idiots but RIOT bans those who tells idiots they that they are idiots. There is no democracy, so don't expect rational decisions. It's all about RIOT rules, not federal law :)
