Changes need to be made to Ranked Games!

Serious changes need to be done with ranked. I cant rank up from bronze level 5 because I have an afk, almost every other game, or a newbie to the game. Please set some kind of restrictions so that not everyone can just play and so you have to earn being able to play in ranked. Skill is needed to be played in ranked and a lot of people don't have the skill and for someone like me who has played for a while it doesn't make this game fun when I'm really trying to rank up and I cant because of players that aren't skilled, or new to the game and just happen to played ranked on accident. I'm seriously so pissed about this its ridiculous and Idk if this is just happening to me or what, but I cant rank because of crappy players.
