Tilt-Lord exposes himself in champ select

So i was in Champ select and before anyone selects a hover or bans a champ, this guy falls off the tilt cliff. Seriously no one said anything and this guy full tilt, cussing, whining, etc. Can Riot not develop a way to kick someone like that from champ select. The gave us the dynamic queue which even though it takes longer I think has more merit than fault and they gave us a remake function when we get an early dc. Can we get a a way if a majority of the people on a team vote to kick we can kick someone. Any method to actively remove these tilt-lords before a game starts would be greatly appreciated. Since I don't often dodge I will dodge these people but leaver buster is still a thing and so I could potentially get punished because I don't want some jerk to ruin my day or gaming experience. Can we seriously get some method to kick a Tilt-Lord. It can also be useful if someone wants to pick an off meta champ when the rest of the team wants to play meta. Anyway just a thought and rant together.

Majority team-kicks result in abuses. Say you have a botlane duo who pick some weird off-meta thing, but they're good at it. Majority kick will result in these guys getting kicked from every game.

Even if you require 4 votes, a group of 4 can kick a single people for not picking the champ they want picked, or just because they don't like their name.

it wouldnt be good. once people start getting kicked from champ select, they will just shut up until the game starts. would you rather find out you have a troll/rager in champ select so you can dodge? or not know until after the game starts?
