Tilt-Lord exposes himself in champ select

So i was in Champ select and before anyone selects a hover or bans a champ, this guy falls off the tilt cliff. Seriously no one said anything and this guy full tilt, cussing, whining, etc. Can Riot not develop a way to kick someone like that from champ select. The gave us the dynamic queue which even though it takes longer I think has more merit than fault and they gave us a remake function when we get an early dc. Can we get a a way if a majority of the people on a team vote to kick we can kick someone. Any method to actively remove these tilt-lords before a game starts would be greatly appreciated. Since I don't often dodge I will dodge these people but leaver buster is still a thing and so I could potentially get punished because I don't want some jerk to ruin my day or gaming experience. Can we seriously get some method to kick a Tilt-Lord. It can also be useful if someone wants to pick an off meta champ when the rest of the team wants to play meta. Anyway just a thought and rant together.

Majority team-kicks result in abuses. Say you have a botlane duo who pick some weird off-meta thing, but they're good at it. Majority kick will result in these guys getting kicked from every game.

Even if you require 4 votes, a group of 4 can kick a single people for not picking the champ they want picked, or just because they don't like their name.

I understand the concern, but the problem is we also have no way to get rid of someone who has already shown him or herself to be toxic. The options right now are dodge (risking leaver buster) or enjoying a full 20-40 minutes of toxicity just to report the guy. There has to be a third option besides muting the person because he can still pull a Tyler1 and run it down mid even when muted. I think if the process of kicking a person could be reviewed, mainly review the pre-game lobby, then it wouldn't be abused. Besides I'm not saying punish the person who gets kicked just let the team move them along to another game. Simply kick him and both groups return to queue. Both parties will probably still wait a long time in the dynamic process so it would be a method of last resort.

The third option is to have another account and when you dodge a lobby to change to your other account. People on my team would harass me about my pick intent and ban it to spite me so often it could take hours of dodge timers to play my first match. I would literally just play another game while waiting in queue then dodge timers for most of my game time until I created a second account.

1 account, 1st dodge 6 minutes, 2nd dodge 15 for normal match and 30 for ranked match, 3rd or more dodges same as 2nd.

2 accounts, 1st dodge 30 seconds to log out then back in, 2nd dodge 30 seconds to log out then back in, 3rd dodge 6 minutes (however a queue timer + lobby time >6 minutes for most so is usually just another 30 seconds to log out and back in), 4th dodge 6 minutes (however a queue timer + lobby time >6 minutes for most so is usually just another 30 seconds to log out and back in), 5th dodge 15 for normal match and 30 for ranked match, 6th or more dodges same as 5th.

If you use all 4 of your 30 second dodges keep in mind that playing a game is around 30 minutes, so each game you complete will essentially ensure your 15/30 min timer to be finished allowing 1 "free" dodge for each completed game.

Keep in mind all of this is reset each day, so if you are willing to level a 2nd account you get better than 4 times the protection each day from trolls wasting your time. If you play 1 match a day you basically get 4 free dodges with this method, if you play several games you get 4 + 1 for each game you play (not stacking).

You still lose LP when you dodge but not your time (well you still eat additional queue time and lobby time but no dodge timers).

it wouldnt be good. once people start getting kicked from champ select, they will just shut up until the game starts. would you rather find out you have a troll/rager in champ select so you can dodge? or not know until after the game starts?
