Login issues!
Me and my brother share a computer together because my mom doesn't want to buy us each one. Which is fine, but my brother can't log in on his account anymore and I can...? It says that an "unexpected error came up" and to head to the support page. My brother asked for my help and I went onto the page. Onto login issues it says to clear cookies or run the game as administrator. (we don't need account recovery, we don't live in EUNE and we don't need to reinstall)
We cleared our cookies and such- Doesn't work We ran it as an administrator- Doesn't work.
So what should my brother do? He's like crying because he just started playing after not playing it for a long time. This account that I am posting this on is mine.
Did his account get banned? Did he get suspended? What happened??
