I get restricted for 10 games when there were toxic people in my game and I report them nothing happens, I do minor banter in all chat. I get chat restricted. Nice job riot, you have the best penalty system there could ever be!!

Šternberg1 votesIf you are being negative in this game, you will get punished because people can't have a bad day or get tilted by someone who doesn't take smite in jungle or just have back to back tilting games. You should have been positive all game long and wrote "we can still win this", "I will help you clear all jungle camps", "it is not your fault", but if you are telling the truth, you are toxic. How's he being toxic? It's very fair criticism to the jungler when he forgets the most essential part of his kit: the smite.
And seeing as how the enemy team can see your summoner spells, well, now you broadcast a message to the people you're fighting "come invade me I have no smite free buffs here."
Maybe it was an honest mistake. Shoot I've done stupid things like take AP runes/masteries on ADCs and vice versa but I don't see any flaming or name calling or anything of the sort.

Obviously this guy didn't say a single bad Goddamn thing and doesn't deserve anything, just wait for the "non toxic guys" to come in and start judging him for saying things like: he deserves the ban because he is implying that the jungler is nothing and he is being toxic to him. I already hate this community, shame that I love the game. I already made a big post on another discussion because someone got banned for saying "reported" it is mind blowing to me how can you even get banned for saying to report an intentional feeder and troll. It is RI DI CU LOUS.
EDIT: What I'm trying to imply is that saying "we can't win without a jungler" is considered toxic by most of the community crybabies. Because you are pretty much giving up etc.
