Report riot? Or just me....

I am going to post an email received from riot. This email contains a single game of chat logs from myself. It is the entire report. This came less than 2 minutes after the game ended.

context: i dont believe the account was banned at any other time for any other reason. But for this instance, lets say ive had a chat restriction, and a 1 day ban.

i voted "other" because its not about how toxic you were. its about how often you were toxic. and you were toxic enough times to reach the bann you have right now

I voted other...I would say this wouldn't warrant more than a week of chat suspension

but the issue is that you used a lot of key words that are detected, unfortunately you came off as oppressive and bossy even if trying to correct a bad situation

my advice would be to try and give helpful champion advice and to cut short some of the "attacking" text...although it is counterattacking, but not give your solutions to them as the "correct" response as I have seen predictions and strategies go wrong many times (unfortunately or fortunately as sometimes they win with said strategy and others it is a blatant loss)

overall, try to remember that it is a competition, and although frustrating and for fun, it is appropriate to keep cursing and negative opinions to yourself and to trusted friends so as to not aggravate a bad situation and make it worse, however, contradictory to this, even in a game with friends included(real life or online friends), keep such words to skype or another private, personal channel of communication

I think the bottom line here is, most people don't believe that you actually haven't received punishments before this one. If you actually have never before received any kind of punishment, I'd agree a permaban wasn't warranted. If you were 14-day banned, it's deserved. If you were only chat restricted before, it depends on context that is difficult to acquire by non-Rioters.

That said, I heard that pre/post chatlogs were given with reform cards by now, but I also heard the opposite. So I suppose a instant permaban could also have been issued based on those.
