So yeah its been 6 months and im still at level 0 Dishonarble. In those 6 months ive probably played about over 300 games or maybe in the 200's and still im not level 1 which I find really really wrong.
I know I am a reformed player, I mute chat every single game, and have had mulitple, multiple honours, so I just dont see how it can take so long.

People that are actually positively reformed (not just muting) get out in around 250 games. Being neutral isn't as good as being good, so it will take more games, but it'll still move you positively towards H1.
Make sure you honor others when you get the chance and get that team honor bonus.

Kei1431 votesYou are at honor 1 and still have 2 more chances (unless you change your behavior). You are still eligible to get honor rewards and key fragments, but OP isn't.
Op got 14-day banned and his account is on thin ice. His scenario is drastically different than yours.
But it you get tired of playing nice and want to be toxic, you might as well gfto now. Permaban will eventually come for the toxics that refuse to reform.

As far as I remember the 10 game chat ban has been my first and only punishment since I started playing back in Season 1. I think I'm doing fairly fine. :P
Other than getting way too competitive in a competitive mode, but if I wasn't highly competitive why would I compete every season? >_>
Oh, and I tend to push for FF a bit quickly, but 75% of the time it just involves the game painfully dragging out another 10~15 min before they take Baron and we lose anyways, so meh.
To be back on top I still say 6 months is way too long to be stuck at honor zero. If the OP is genuinely playing honorably he should be rewarded. If something is restraining him the game should give feed back on what he can do better. To leave him stagnant for six months could result in a bitter backlash that ruins the game for an otherwise redeemable player.

300 games in 6 months is like .. 2 games a day, and the system progresses based on games played only.

Not what happens when people get perma-banned. They just start new accounts, and since now they have nothing to lose they act however they want (because who is stupid enough to put RP on an account after they've been permaed? Very few). Anyway, I speak from experience and I know dozens of players like me. SJW whiteknights think they can control things, they can't! Also, RIOT will never get another dollar from me ever in any game they ever make. Thats the price they pay for their "system".

For those that leave, it's a win for the community. If they reform (even if the act it), it's a win for the community.
If they continue to be toxic, those accounts will get punished soon enough.
Done251 votesOh ye gods. Pre-30 is an absolute cesspool because of this. Maybe 10% reform after losing their accounts, another 40% leave, but then that leaves 50% who are now most likely going to be even more hyper toxic. They've already lost an account. What worse can Riot do to them?

Right, because it's possible to make an accurate survey on how many people quit or make new accounts after being banned. Obviously I made the numbers up since it's impossible to get real ones. But it's not exactly hard to just make a new account now is it?

Maldini302 votesIt's not up to you to judge if you're reformed or not. Otherwise anyone could claim they're reformed. Only a few players get a 14 day ban, and if you are truly reformed, that's a good thing, and you will eventually become honorable again, but it's not surprising that it takes time.
As it was said before, being neutral is not the same as being positive, try being positive in games and honoring your allies even when you think they don't deserve it.

They are making adjustments, so that it'll be easier to level up after getting punished. On the other hand, if you're not progressing in honor, then you may be negative in your games, but not enough to be punished. If this isn't true, I'd write a support ticket and ask why you haven't leveled up in honor.

Onotori1 votesIt's because there's likely a cap on the amount of honor you can earn in a given time. Lots of theories that show it, and lots of evidence for it.
And Tantram said that you don't have to be super honorable, just be not dishonorable, and you'll level up.
