Is There Any Possible Way To Remove The Progression of My Punishments?

I do understand that negative behaviour is really bad and should be punished, I had a 10 game chat restriction about a year ago and a 25 chat restriction a few months after it. Recently, I have been banned for 14 days, I completely agree that I deserved that ban and should look on my actions and behaviour. I noticed not so long ago that the next punishment is a perma-ban, I am trying my best to avoid being toxic and respecting other players who ever they may be. But as you now, trolls and other intolerable people and their behaviour really drive me crazy at times, and the best part is that i get banned for saying "stop you stupid child" and they don't get any punishment what so ever. Now this leads me to my question, is there any possible way to remove or regress my progression of my behaviour's punishments. I really do not want to lose my account as i have spend a lot of money on it when I have a work that gives me minimum wage.

Good play over time will remove punishments. It is not based solely on time but based on activity, however. Generally the rule is active playing over 3 months (a couple games per day on average) will reduce you a punishment tier.

The alternative is to just cease being toxic - if you would post your chat logs and/or identify the problems that are causing you to be toxic, we can help you with that.

It takes quite awhile for the punishment to decay, 3-6 months of active play so you're hitting the threshold everytime and getting reset it sounds like

You say you're trying your best, but clearly you're not doing enough. What are you actually doing to prevent yourself from getting punished? Are you muting your team members at the first sign of negativity? Do you play with all chat turned off? Do you give yourself time to cool off and relax after stressful or tilting games?

Willpower is not enough, you have to take real action. Once you show improvement the punishments will scale themselves back, until your account is clear.

So what is wrong about someone asking you, why did you do that ? Ignore, mute or give an honest answer. If then they become rude mute and report.

You win! They get a looked at and you are safe because you didn't break any rules.

Also, mute before you say anything remotely toxic. Exspecailly if previously punished.

Then in time with playing w/o breaking the TOS your account will get in better standing. Simple, did I answer your question?
