So I admitably was a little salty and apologized to my fellow player that i had been a little rude with, but I usually don't play like that at all and served my 10 game chat restriction and was just wondering when is it exactly i can start earning hextech boxes again, is it a permanent thing cause all i get is "you are inedigable to earn loot because of previous behavioral activities" thank you for your time and answer if anyone does respond.

Its not about a length of time. You need to play games and not be reported (for valid reasons). If its been months since your restriction and you still can't get loot then the people you play with still don't appreciate your behavior.

You will be eligible for loot once you show the system that you can show sportsmanlike behaviour and not keep up negative habits (also depends on the severity of the chat restriction)
