Limiters

I've had this on my mind for quite some time now, and I want to let it be known. Hey Riot, you know how people spam their emotes and mastery and all that in hopes of tilting their opponents? What if you limit the amount for a while? Kind of how you limited the amount of pings you can do at one time before it stops. Tilting is an unfair way of winning a game and overall encourages people to be toxic because they gain an edge. I get that people are mastery 7 and they want it to be known because they earned it but I don't need to see it 30 times in 1 minute,
