I think my ban is unfair

I was recently issued a 14-day suspension for toxicity in a ranked game. I did say some mean stuff but I do not feel that I deserved a 14-day suspension. After I logged in to receive my reform card, I saw that the person that I was arguing against also got banned. This is the first time I have had anything happen to me based on toxicity. Is there any way that I can get unbanned before the 14-day period? before the degens come in and say "u said bad word" I think contextually you weren't using it in any bad intent, and if you request to see a player support specialist and clarify that you have a shot at a lesser restriction. gl bud

Retard and fa%%%% are trigger words atm. They consider the latter homophobic and will result in an automatic 14 day ban.

Hint: If the chat filter in the forums censors the word, then the word is considered hate speech by Cryptic and will get you banned if you use it in the game. There are two cases of that in your chat log.

You were also fairly negative, but that in itself won't jump you to a suspension right away. But now that you have a suspension, negativity like that will earn you a permaban. Try to stay entirely positive (or just don't use chat) from now on.

Hate speech is part of the zero tolerance system, when found guilty with the usage of it, it is a 14 day ban for first punishment.
