Got banned due to 3rd party program/modified client/scripting

I was banned from league because I "used" 3rd party programs, modified my client, and was scripting. I have been playing league for over a year now and have been a positive player with no issues. I opened a ticket to support, the first time I was treated like an inconvenience and my ticket was closed on me when I was trying to explain the situation. The first person acted like a robot. The second ticket I'm being told the same thing, that permabans are permanent. I play league for fun and have even reported players for scripting/cheating, so why would I do it myself? I went back in the forums and seen that accounts can be reported for being "boosted" or "scripting" by other players - posted by a rioter.. so since I started watching youtube videos/learning champions I'm being punished because I had a couple of very good games?

The only other thing I can think of is that I have a few items downloaded to my computer that I sometimes had running when I played league (since I have duel screens I can do both).

  1. I play world of warcraft, so I have curse add-ons (for world of warcraft, which are allowed by blizzard) and have been downloaded prior to me even knowing about league.
  2. Skype
  3. Ventrillo/Curse voice (downloaded prior to league for communicating with my wow people)
  4. OBS studio to stream to twitch
  5. A enlarged clock for my PC's home screen
  6. Photo/video editing software

I have done nothing wrong. I spent a LOT of money, I had skins for every adc. I tried explaining to support that I did nothing wrong, and that it is wrong for me to be permbanned.. without them even listening to me, or trying to help me. I even suggested to give the account back and if anything ever "shows" up again then they can ban it forever, or even ban me from rank for awhile if it makes them feel better. I'd be happy playing bots/aram games tbh.

I just want my account back. I put a lot of time, effort, and money into my account.. and I'm not even being listened to when I'm trying to explain that I did nothing intentionally wrong.

Ever used skinpreview/custom skins. Ever played in a Friends PC/ let your friend Play on your acc?

The last person I talked to about this has mouse/keyboard macros set up for a different game, any change that's your situation? Because none of the programs you listed wouldn't trigger their script detector.

Also, double check your match history to make sure no one else was playing on it. I had a friend that found out that someone else had been playing on his account. If there's games you can't account for it could be someone else on your account causing you issues.

I'm in the same boat, last night after the patch my account was banned for third party software. Only thing i have installed is Curse Voice, Open Broadcasting software. I don't play any other games and don't have any macros set up. I use an old wireless logitech 2 button mouse and keyboard. After playing League for ~5 years it's extremely frustrating to just get the ban hammer for no reason and getting automated response messages from Riot.
