Do people get in trouble for Intentionally feeding if they don't do it often?

Hey everyone, Sooo...I was playing a normal game of League, and then for no reason ran into someone who just started running across the map intentionally feeding our game. Check the logs, nobody said anything, he just started doing it.

So after reporting him and nothing happening to him

( I didn't get a report feedback, also I searched his name into a 3rd party site to find out he was trolling THE VERY

NEXT GAME going smite exhaust and coin as support Shyvanna while stealing jg camps)

I did was a Riot employee told me to do here, Submit a ticket...I got a really nice response saying they would look into it but cannot disclose their punishments. I have stopped playing League as much until I find out they did something to this guy. Only problem is, they have done nothing. I'm watching his games through another website and he's passive aggressively trolling all his teams and losing 80% of his games since then. NOTHING IS BEING DONE ABOUT IT

Why? How can they fix they community if they give so many chances to trolls. It will never fix, there's 65 million players Riot, if you give them each 20 chances they will never leave.

Rant done.

Anyways, just wondering if anyone can answer my question. Does submitting a ticket do anything, and if it does, why hasn't anything been done about this guy.

Thanks in advance/for reading.

Look forward to many more of those games, because that is how I am going to play. When you rage at me, you will be permabanned. When you ask for reports in all-chat... you will be permabanned. Riot doesn't care that the person sucks complete donkey d at the game and goes 1-17 as zeal mobo Garen. They care about the person who is upset that their time was wasted.

As far as I can tell there is very little, if any leniency for intentional feeding. I can't think of a single case I have seen posted that was about more than 1-2 games. That could just be because someone constantly doing it would be much more likely to accept that their punishment was deserved. So I can't say for certain. Many(if not most) trolling reports require manual reviews and I have no idea how far that could be backlogged.

In ranked there's been a tend of straight up griefers since the start of the season. I've ran into more griefers than smurfs and boy there's a lot of smurfs out there.

Thanks for the response guys. I see you all seem to think yes it's immediately punishable...but how? he hasn't been punished yet. He even trolled the very next game. To answer your guys questions. I am following the progress of this person through a third party site and he's never actually been punished

"Intentional Feeding" is ban worthy, the problem is "Proving it".

For example a person who goes top and gives "First Blood" Doesn't mean it's Intentional but a enemy who is a counter gets ahead and keeps getting ahead especially with your teams jungler who refuses to make a dive earlier when they are a tank because they are scared and you die again before they don't say anything and they are even more ahead now you are just going to "Feed" when he just goes all in constantly unless you sit under your turret and then wait to get your ass dove by him.

To my understanding "Riot" is not encoring any type of "Meta" or "Spell Requirements" Because if they did then it would upset a lot of people, for example I am seeing "Swain Support" in games, and double smite can actually be useful "If being used correctly."

Exhaust / Ignite, or Smite can also be good for early game jungle with Smite / Teleport.

Some players also just like to throw out insults because of their own Ignorance, playing a game where I got a "Malhazar Top" "Bot Lane Double ADC" on enemy team, my team dies bot lane stupidly, I try to do something about that and die because (No one warded TRI-Bush) I am like please ward the TRI-Bush, they are like (No I don't got money?) so "Toxicity Starts" about how garbage I am in chat I mute everyone get reported for "Offensive Language", and not to mention a 3 man gank mid failed because Malhazar could not Flash + Ultimate?

Its amazing sometimes.

Wow. So I am not the only one. Not only that, when I had an intentional feeder on my team, and I got angry at him (not super angry, just frustration angry) I got banned for 14 days and everybody telling me I deserved it. WHAT?! Lmao! This community tho.

Intentionally feeding once is too often.

Yes they can and will. People just need to learn that reports do something even when done on Trollers/AFKs/Intentional Feeders. There are such report options that it will fall under. Unsportsmanlike Conduct is one of them. I cannot remember the full list though off the top of my head sadly. But yes it IS bannable. But it will take time and for players to actually report such conduct to get it taken care of even faster.

how do you know this guy isn't just actually bad? judging by his cs he was at least TRYING to push the waves or damage the enemy team or do SOMETHING. intentional feeders usually just run into the enemy team over and over again. i think this guy is just bad.

Yes, if multiple people report a person in a game with the new system the temp bans are almost immediate. Had a person in game intentionally feeding because he felt like it. No one really knows why he was doing it, we were ahead, he was winning lane. Then he just said "Hey, I'm bored. AFK running down mid for the rest of the game." We asked for reports and his response was "Riot never bans people, and this is the first time I've done anything like this." He got 6 reports, and about 15 minutes later I got a message pop up from the new system that said the tribunal had punished him. So not only does it work, it is incredibly fast now.
