Note: My account did receive a 2 week suspension about 4 months ago because my account was hacked and the person was toxic. Riot did help me get my account back but did nothing to lift the 2 week suspension. I talked to support but they just give you the say automated response saying "Your account has been permanently banned after being escalated through multiple levels of punishment by our disciplinary audits.

All i said was draven sucks and draven calls me a %%%got and a jew and talks about my family and a disgusting way but i'm the one who gets banned? I think i should at least have gotten a 1 week or 2 week suspension but not a perma ban. If a riot employee can please fix this i would greatly appreciate it. I love this game and have spent a lot of time in it.

Hate speech like you used here is not acceptable, even if you're just repeating what the Draven said. It is taken very seriously and may result in an immediate ban, as happened here. Riot will not remove a punishment unless it was an error, and in this case it isn't.

You're free to create a new account and continue playing, but I highly advise you adjust your behavior. Spending all game insulting teammates and threatening them with reports is not ok, and you'll just end up getting that one banned too if you continue this behavior.

i read the whole thing, just to go ahead and clarify that.

  1. you told him he sucked. (verb abuse)
  2. either all chatted or said to your team drvn sucks. (verb abuse/ harassment)
  3. you'are all chatting (i assume) asking people to report him. (harassment) you're responsible for your actions, he is responsible for his.
    nothing "unjust" about this perma ban. don't let the door hit ya on the way out. [slayer-jinx-catface]

You should have other game chats if you log into the client and look at that reform card. However, that log alone was worthy of punishment.

Given your responses and tone in this thread though... I'm not sure how much I believe your "I was hacked!" claim for earlier misbehavior.

Okay, this deserves a punishment. It does, I won't lie to you. But a Permaban seems...a bit much. Maybe a 10/25 game Chat Restriction, but not a Permaban. What you did here falls under generally being a dick. Generally being a dick gets people chat restricted; actually being a Hypernazi gets people Permabanned.
