I have been banned permanently, I was banned after about 3 years of playing. I know I broke the rules and I am very sorry for my bad behavior and lack of self control I have learned from my mistakes and will never say anything mean or negative again on league of legends I will follow the rules from now on I am very sorry.. I spent hundreds of hours and hundreds of dollars on league of legends please lift my perm ban and give me another chance. One more chance only one. Give me a permanent mute. Please I'm so sorry

I got perma-banned in early S2 and started a new account, I am a semi-model Riot citizen now.

Should have done it when you had chat restrictions & 14 days suspension. You already had enough chances of reforming, and you blew it.
