Low Priority Queue
Haven't Played in almost a year, log on for the first time and I'm in a low priority queue. Any ideas why?

Because they don't want you to play their game. Obviously.
Your account was likely compromised, I advise scanning your computer for viruses and changing your account credentials afterwards and not just for League.
The LeaverBuster penalty cannot be removed under any circumstance. Somebody obtained your account credentials, logged into your account and negatively impacted games be leaving, justifying the punishment.
While you were not personally responsible for the negative impact, you are responsible for your account credentials.
how od you know if you are in low priority queue?
