I just got into yet another draft pick lobby where someone was filled marksman. Nobody wanted to give him top/mid, so he locks Soraka marksman. When confronted, he says "im not getting autofilled in a normal and not picking something stupid." Can something be done about this crap? I now have to either dodge, face penalties, and wait 6-15 minutes or play a game with a troll bot lane and waste ~25 minutes and a lot of sanity.
Well yes, there is certainly something you can do, thank you for asking! You can finish out the game with him then report him if you so wish.
Well he is allowed to "pick something stupid". HE is even allowed to do it in ranked
There is no such thing as a troll in champion select. Considering they have not affected the game yet, and that off-meta champions are permitted in every game mode, there is no way that picking a champion and summoner spells can be considered trolling.
You are free to dodge if you feel that somehow you're able to predict the future. You're also required in that case to accept the (relatively mild) consequences for doing so. I'd also like a piece of your crystal ball please.
i mean the solution would be get rid of autofill in the lower ranks like gold silver and bronze
and even normals but keep it in plat 2+ or keep it and face the trolls :)
