Ranked Gameplay and getting trolled.

Players who purposely throw the game for other people trying to rank up are ridiculous. I wonder if there are any consequences for these players because there has never been any known punishments from what I've been able to see. I get called racist remarks in champion select and I know right then and there that I'm going to lose based on the carelessness the person is showing. Total trash and ranked games are dependent upon all 5 players..... ok so why wouldn't there be more admins that monitor this type of behavior live and not after the issue occurs. If this game wants me to take their community tribunal system seriously maybe they should put in a little more effort with their feedback to the players making a report.

Whatever though... lets just play.

67 million active players, lets just say between all the regions and timezones, there are only 67,000 players at any one time, which means 6,700 games happening at any given time. There are 2,000 Riot employees only, which covers the professions of splash artist, gameplay designers, play test, champ up, lore, bug testing, animators, music, promotion & event planning, managers, community relations, legal, finance, esports, security, HR etc etc etc etc ..

How do you think they can afford live moderators?

It can be something that Riot can add that only applies to ranked games. This is serious to people putting a lot of time and effort into this game. Qualified moderator's that put in an application to do this sort of spectating would not be out of the question in my mind but you do put the size of the community into perspective. I'll put some more thought into it thank you for your response. This is my first post and it is a shame that it is about the negative aspects of this game instead of the positive. Garen
