Is lol support trolling?

I sent in a ticket for my acc being perma banned w/o any given reason or email and I also can't login. I posted about this earlier and I guess I'm part of that wrongfully banned wave, but that's besides the point. I got banned yesterday and got a reply today a few hrs ago about how they can't help me right now because I can't be logged into the support website due to security reasons. Because of that I have to send them a new email for them to create a new ticket for. So I replied in the ticket, but all my messages show up as redacted. I also replied to the email you get but have gotten no response / confirmation on either (new or old) email. I guess those email replies also update as messages to the ticket which again show up as redacted. I know it's been a few hours only but I feel like I'm being ignored cause I guess I have to wait like a day just to get a new ticket first and then another for them to help me? It's kind of stupid.

Account Recovery/Security tickets must be addressed via email and not through the Riot Games Support portal. This means that you must be logged out when you submit this ticket, and you'll need to reply directly via email when there is an update. This prevents important account information from potentially being shared with hackers.
