Suspension with no reason

Hello guys so this is whats happening Today 1:30AM when I came back home and relax i tried to login to my LoL launcher and is showing me a message that my account is suspended permanetly so I checked my emails and nothing then I checked my old email and no emails from League then I went to na.leagueoflegends.com and I am able to loging and I dont have any notifications or messages from riot in regards my permanent suspension this is my main account since season 2 it has money and alot of hours (i have all champs almost all runes and like 12 or 15 runes pages) even when I was playing I didnt receieve any instant feedback about my account.

I have history with my account believe or not with this account I met my wife while playing league in LAN (she was against me and I carried that game as Jax jg HAHA) I think this is a bug or a mistake from Riot but I am really worried, first cause it has my credit card information, second I have alot of skins!

wow I am at a loss of words and idk.. Im just sad and mad cause I dont want to lose that account! and ive been googling about this issue and I found a couple of trends but they were from 2012. so IDK if recently Riot did the same thing to somebody else and now that person is googling looking for answers!

Update 6/13/17 3PM (central time) Well at this point League replied one of my tickets, asking me about personal data like first RP purchase, date iof creation , etc but that was yerterday morning it looks like all week I wont be able to play League =(

They will get back to you if you submitted a ticket. Just hang tight and keep calm. I'm sure there is an explanation, and if there isn't, they will fix it.

If you think your account was suspended because it was compromised, immediately change the password to your email and your account and open a support ticket regarding your suspension. Support will unban your account after they make sure you are the owner of the account.

If you don't have an email, and no reason is given when you try to log in to the client, submit a ticket to Player Support. They will be able to tell you exactly what happened with your account, and whether there was a problem with potential compromise, or if there was some sort of infraction on the account.

I know I am his wife we were trying to login but only my account works and all the time we play together this is so wierd I hope Riot will fix this =(

Permanent suspension usually only comes from cheating (or using an unsupported 3rd party program sometimes) or when your account is compromised so riot locks it down until they can get it under control. I think its the latter, so you should be fine hopefully!

Baffometo, I completely understand right now... Yesterday I went to log into my account and I got a message stating "permanently suspended" basically, but I never received any emails as to why. I submitted a ticket almost 24 hours ago, and still nothing. The account that was suspended is my one and only account, and I've been playing on that since before season 1, AND with a clean record. I'm scared, and upset. There are many hours on that account, money and effort. item 3070

Why would you be worried about a banned account having your CC info?

permanent suspension means the account is locked because of account security. you just need to contact player support and probably change the password to regain access.

Good luck and hope player support is quick with you.
