How does the lol support work?

So, I have been playing since season 2 and never used any programs that gives me an advantage, unless Lolreplay Counts. And not long something happened and It seems like someone got acces to my account and played on it. So i recover the password and get the account back. Then when I try to log in it says im permantly suspended and that I should check my email, so I do. And apperently the guy who got into my account played with some sort of third person program and that caused the ban. Now I have sent like 12 tickets to their support trying to explain Everything and all I seem to get back is a bunch of automatic bot replys. Im trying to prove my innocence and im not even getting Heard. Please what should i do?

Tell support to take a look at your account, that your account had been compromised and approximately when. As such, it should show a different IP Address around that time before going back to your IP Address at the time you change your password, as well as see if there are any matches that don't match your play style, such as going champs/lanes you don't play or switching the keys your summoners are on, and send the links with the support ticket.

If they find no change in the ip address and there's only different roles/switched summoners then unfortunately nothing can be done as they have no evidence to prove it was someone else and not just you playing other roles and then saying you were hacked.

unfortunatly in this case its your own fault. they would blame you regardless of using third party programs cuz your account just wasnt secure. sorry guy
