well i played a game with a team where i was the jungler and my top and mid blamed me the entire game for not ganking now i wont play the saint and say i wasnt negative bu they were at least twice as negative to me before i even said anything but never the less i got a chat restriction and was wondering why did they not get punished

p.s. not mad just seems unfair lol but this is riot

How do you know they did not get punished?

It depends on previous punishments. If they continue to get reported legitimately for flaming/harassment they will be punished. Just because they did not receive an immediate punishment after your game does not mean that they won't be punished for continued behavior.
