Low Elo Prejudice
Hello, I am writing this from a smurf account, though Normally, I'm a Silver 5 Jungle/Support, I feel that throughout the community, a lot of higher elo players are very prejudice towards low elo players, even though some of it may be false placed, see the thing is, an argument I have heard from a diamond player was "I am better then I was in silver, and I didn't deserve diamond then" and the thing is, yeah he probably didn't, but he's DIAMOND now, and he was probably a hell of a lot better then he was in silver, and keep in mind he went from Silver to Diamond in a single season, on his first account. That's either ridiculously fast small improvements, or some serious bullshit in how the rank system is dealt with. A lot of people just don't seem to get that your Rating is based on how well you can carry games in solo queue, because no one is going to listen to your pings, no matter how many you spam, and no matter how good the call is, you can make the best decisions solo but you can only get so far since this game is a team based game, it's a shame that not a lot of people like to play flex queue or take it seriously, because then we'd actually have a good measurement for how good players are in a team situation. Personally, I believe my macro is on point, I watch a lot of high elo streams, and a lot of the stuff they say agrees with what I had already come up with, I feel somewhat robbed of my potential in this game because I can't get anyone to listen to me, they all ignore my pings and die doing stupid shit, contesting objectives at the wrong time, or even just positioning very poorly (mostly AD/Supp, sometimes also mid). I don't know though, I feel like high elo players should Selectively call lower elo players bad... Just cause you can't carry doesn't mean you're bad, maybe you're a supportive player who helps others to carry... maybe you're something else entirely
