Wait time and about abandon games

Okay I am speaking on the behalf of all League, yeah all LEAGUE. I understand the time limit for abandon the game but their are people who don't want to wait that long so I would suggest you guys let the people who get the penalty to at least get to play the COMPUTERS while they wait till their time is up. Trust me you guys will not lose anything just let people who get the penalty be able to play bots !!! it pisses people off plus 30% of them cant help that they got the penalty. Please oh please fix the penalty box you guys need something to do I know because you guys pay your employees to do some kind of work and half the time they don't do anything but think of ideas which most of the ideas are already in use./ I am speaking on the behalf the LEAGUE community to put the employees at work to do more. This game is so much more than penalizing people they either quit because they don't want to be put with **** players or its the connectivity and strategy. Not everyone gets to be like pros you guys have to think about the other players not just the talent. Also it helps the people who are becoming Pros. If you are actually reading this I would appreciate the feedback/effort on fixing the penalty please. its the winter time and I need you guys to work not vacation until a huge problem comes about which is only maybe 5 times a YEAR .!!!!! You guys think people don't know but you have it easy fixing the problem.
