i was duoing with a friend last night then logged off, this morning i was banned due to 3 games of toxic behavior, which in my case wasnt that bad, please help

Punishment is dealt in 4 steps;

10 game chat restriction
25 game chat restriction
14 day account ban
Permanent account ban

Punishment is usually given for consistent negative behavior as opposed to a few cases of very toxic behavior. If a report against you is valid, no matter what it's for, it will stack up in the case against you and contribute to a punishment. Enough times and it will trigger an audit of your games and (if enough reports are found valid) punish you with the next tier. If your behavior wasn't that bad, it was just the proverbial "straw that broke the camel's back". Though, extreme toxic behavior can result in an escalated punishment. Also, it takes 3 months for your tier to drop down one step if you haven't been punished again.

Quite often people don't realize their behavior is unacceptable. The most common I see confusion about is calling to report a player, and retaliating. Neither of those is acceptable. Post your reform card and we can probably help you determine where you're going wrong.

You were consistently trashing your own team here. That isn't ok. I'm pretty sure you realize this, but this isn't everything that contributed to your punishment. The reform card only lists your most recent games, not everything that was used. What type of punishment did you receive?

Insulting someone never made them play better. There is always a better way to phrase it so that you are positively reinforcing the actions you want them to take, rather than trashing them for the ones you don't; negative behavior will most often be met by more negative behavior. If you can't think of a way to talk to other players without being negative, simply don't talk to them. It will always be the better option.

A permanent ban is by definition permanent. It's clear you are aware that you were toxic, and because of the fact it is a deserved punishment there is no way to recover your account. You were given numerous chances leading up to the permaban to work on your behavior, and a permanent suspension is basically Riot's way of saying that the account is no longer welcome in the community.

You are welcome to create a new account provided you feel you're able to reform, but just keep in mind that if your behavior doesn't change the new account will also receive a permaban.

Recovering the account, or recovering your positive behavior? Nobody can help you with the account; Riot won't remove a punishment unless it was given in error on their part.

As for reforming your behavior, it's mostly a personal endeavor but there are suggestions which may help if you choose to create a new account;

Ignore or mute negative people. They aren't doing you any favors in chat if it's bothering you.
If they are playing poorly, suggest they do something specific. Telling them to not do something is a bad way to go about it. Instead of "Stop feeding", say "Try playing more passive for now". If they don't want your suggestions, don't give them.
Don't ask others to report a player. It is harassment which usually results in the player performing worse, and arguments will affect the whole team. Punishment is calculated per match, not per report, so your report has roughly the same effect as 9.
Consider your own sanity and your account and the other players. Getting upset hurts you and creates more victims if you start insulting people. Is some random player worth all that effort? If someone else is being toxic, use the report function and let Riot handle it. You'll win more games being positive, and you won't get punished like this again.

In all three of these games, you ended up berating your teammates, and it's clear that you are aware you were being toxic.

Keep in mind, as well, that punishments are tiered and generally distributed based on past behavior as well as current behavior. These three games might have been the main contributor for the permanent ban, but you had to go through three other sets of punishments in order to get to the permaban in the first place.

You admitted yourself you where toxic, and it is incredibly clear that you where inexcusably toxic. Your account is gone, there is nothing you can do to get it back, although you are free to make another.

You are lying.

You will never get perma-banned for three games of toxicity... you had to have a very long history of extremely negative behavior that did not improve or even got worse over time. I was permabanned in early S2 and I 100% deserved it. I have never heard of a single person that was permabanned unjustly.

In order to get permabanned, a Rioter needs to manually sift through your entire history and very specifically mark you as permabanned, it does not happen lightly. You deserve exactly what you got but let's hope you learn from it as I did.
