perma banned
i was duoing with a friend last night then logged off, this morning i was banned due to 3 games of toxic behavior, which in my case wasnt that bad, please help

Punishment is dealt in 4 steps;
- 10 game chat restriction
- 25 game chat restriction
- 14 day account ban
- Permanent account ban
Punishment is usually given for consistent negative behavior as opposed to a few cases of very toxic behavior. If a report against you is valid, no matter what it's for, it will stack up in the case against you and contribute to a punishment. Enough times and it will trigger an audit of your games and (if enough reports are found valid) punish you with the next tier. If your behavior wasn't that bad, it was just the proverbial "straw that broke the camel's back". Though, extreme toxic behavior can result in an escalated punishment. Also, it takes 3 months for your tier to drop down one step if you haven't been punished again.
Quite often people don't realize their behavior is unacceptable. The most common I see confusion about is calling to report a player, and retaliating. Neither of those is acceptable. Post your reform card and we can probably help you determine where you're going wrong.
I'm not sure how you managed this, since three day suspensions no longer happen. There are four tiers of punishment, and the lowest ban duration is two weeks.

You are lying.
You will never get perma-banned for three games of toxicity... you had to have a very long history of extremely negative behavior that did not improve or even got worse over time. I was permabanned in early S2 and I 100% deserved it. I have never heard of a single person that was permabanned unjustly.
In order to get permabanned, a Rioter needs to manually sift through your entire history and very specifically mark you as permabanned, it does not happen lightly. You deserve exactly what you got but let's hope you learn from it as I did.
