The honor system vs the banning of toxic players...etc

Are RIOT aware that people laugh at their way of doing things? That people can say anything they want and insult people left and right and they laugh because the low banrate on people that are toxic? People don't care about the honor system or a bauble that you can put on your portrait saying you been a good player, and followed the rules etc, thats less worth than nothing. Its just pixels, what people do care about is their account getting banned.

I am so fed up with people being allowed to say whatever they wish with little to no consequence unless your a famous player or someone really visible.

When do we get the good old tribubal back where players can see and make determination what course of action to take, cause this honor system, ain't working cause its nothing to be gained more than a shiny bauble on your protrait.
