Why did I get permanently banned out of nowhere when I had a 14 day ban

and now its a perm ban out of nowhere, you don't want people to reform? Like how is that so toxic that it's worth a perm ban and i never even finished my 14 day ban and got perm banned.

There's two separate things here:

  1. You were issued a 14 day ban due to your use of hate speech in addition to your constant negativity throughout that game. Regardless of your personal use of the word, the word you used is considered hate speech by a large portion of society and is unacceptable for a public environment with strangers.

  2. If the ban message changed to "permanent" while you were on your 14 day ban, then it was a fluke in the system and a support ticket should result in the permanent ban being reduced to 14 days to allow you an opportunity to reform.

Fill a request ticket to riot support because a 14-day ban is supposed to be your final warning BEFORE the permanent ban. However, some of the things you said are very toxic and made the game not enjoyable for your team. I wouldn't be surprised if your request was denied but it's still unfair to get permanently banned when your suspension wasn't finished. Flaming your team and being toxic is never the answer. Give friendly advice if you're frustrated about your teams performance. [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]

You were very toxic saying extremely inappropriate things while insulting your teammates. As you continue to harass Lulu asking for a report. These things are very toxic and absolutely against the Summoner's Code. You were very negative and created a very uncomfortable gaming experience for your teammates. Riot simply didn't want you to continue the path you were going, that's how you got a permaban.
