I literally got banned for life without having said anything other than telling my teammates that they were bad in 2 straight games OUT OF 1200 TOTAL games played on the account.. How is this fair in any way? I had no warning before being perma banned and certaintly don't consider myself to be a toxic player.
No I didn't swear.. didn't tell them to kys or ANYTHING extreme.. literally the worst thing I said was "darius sucks tbh" etc

That case, however, was for extreme use of hate speech repeatedly throughout two games in short succession (I think it was two).

yeah but that chat log is why i was banned.. not prior punishments.. how can people reform without even giving them ample chance to do so? like that was 2 mild at best logs and highly undeserving of a perma

It typically takes at least 3-4 months to deescalate from a 14-day ban to the next lower tier, so if you had a 14-day ban only two months ago it's a distinct possibility that a future punishment would escalate you to a permanent ban.

Well, two triggering games after several warnings leading up to a 14-day ban. But yeah, it can sometimes feel like its a little out of the blue. They DO give a lot of warning punishments though, which it seems you have received over a period of time.

Is there anyway a different mod can look at my chat and game logs and make a more rational decision based on an account ive had for like 5 YEARS? this is ridiculous.

didn't edit the logs 100%... I told teemo reported because he was litterally saying "ngger" in chat.....
