My little sister literally played a game on my acct while i was at work and this happens. not here to cry I'm here to inform that this kind of human relations will get Riot nowhere.

Yeah, uh... You did this to yourself. Breach of the ToS that you've admitted in this post, even if this ban would be reversed, would put you right back in being banned.

As an added note, Riots HR is perfectly fine. Apparently its your sisters that has an issue.

You are 100% responsible for ALL games played on your account. Lending your account to others is a breach of the Summoner's Code and Terms of Use.
Post your full chat logs.

You probably shouldn't let your sister play on your account. Also, you should probably let your parents know that she's an ass and they should do a better job teaching her how to interact with people.

Account sharing is a direct violation of Riots ToS and is cause for a permaban. If you can't be bothered to protect your account then why do you care what happens to it?

Here is a post you made 3 years ago, here you said you were willing to lose games on purpose to get "Back to bronze". Im surprised you were never banned for throwing games.

First, the more you say that your "sister" is playing your account, the higher the chance that your account was rightfully insta-permabanned. Second, the amount of %%% usage can seriously escalate your punishment to a straight suspension.

So technically, it's a win-win situation. You deserved it.

Whoever was actually chatting must know the game to ask about Urgot. How much do you let your sister play on your acct?....which is against the ToS.

Your "little sister" either said %%% or kys. In any case this is unacceptable and deserves a ban.

On top of that account sharing is also a reason for a ban.

Not that I'd believe that this wasn't actually written by yourself lol

Whatever your case is, each account is held responsible for what happens on that account.

I'd recommend opening a support ticket, but I find it highly unlikely they will overturn this.
