My little sister literally played a game on my acct while i was at work and this happens. not here to cry I'm here to inform that this kind of human relations will get Riot nowhere.

Yeah, uh... You did this to yourself. Breach of the ToS that you've admitted in this post, even if this ban would be reversed, would put you right back in being banned.

As an added note, Riots HR is perfectly fine. Apparently its your sisters that has an issue.

Hey sorry your account got banned, that sucks. But it is against ToS for anyone else to use your account. She shouldn't have your password and if you just left your league account logged in then you are to blame.

Also a side note, you can't get instantly perma banned unless you said some really horrible stuff so you must be an offender yourself previously, unless you let your sister play on your account a lot in which case it is against the ToS and you would be getting a ban anyway.

Either way, sorry your account got banned, I'm sure it sucks. If you make a new account just full mute at the start of every game so you never even get the warning ban, so if some crazy accident does happen it won't be a perma.

I went to work and my sister got into my laptop and played a game I uninstalled league copied text to clipboard and then it aint on my clipboard

But why didn't you log out of League? If you left the Client running and logged in, that's on you and still falls under a violation of sharing an account.

Account sharing is a direct violation of Riots ToS and is cause for a permaban. If you can't be bothered to protect your account then why do you care what happens to it?

Here is a post you made 3 years ago, here you said you were willing to lose games on purpose to get "Back to bronze". Im surprised you were never banned for throwing games.

First, the more you say that your "sister" is playing your account, the higher the chance that your account was rightfully insta-permabanned. Second, the amount of %%% usage can seriously escalate your punishment to a straight suspension.

So technically, it's a win-win situation. You deserved it.

How so? I literally see people say worse stuff all the time and they don't get penalized for it. Did I or did I not send a support ticket years ago saying that someone else used my acct? I admitted it and you guys did nothing so i presumed it was fine. You guys sure have a lot to learn about common courtesy especially to the paying loyal customer. I've been here since season 1 and you guys want to ban my account for an honest sincere accident. This is exactly why Riot is known for being a bad company according to the BBB.

Even if you don't get banned for account sharing (which, to be clear, is still not actually allowed) that doesn't mean that actions done by somebody else on that account won't have consequences.

Your account is your responsibility. Just how those players are responsible for their accounts.

Riot cannot disclose the punishments of other players to you because of the player confidentially agreement that you sign in the tos to make when you first make your account.

Your ban was deserved.

Also you openly admitted in chat that you are account sharing which you were banned for in the past (Previous thread on the forums from 3 years ago)

Just your comments and attitude on this thread alone is toxic enough. You also got a solid guilty from the little poll you have going there. The time the account has been active has nothing to do with the punishment, this demonstrated justice because it was a deserved ban.

Well... There are circumstances where Riot can ban both your boards account and in game account for something you do on the boards (while I don't think it's ever happened), it's something they warn of in the universal rules.

It's not about getting banned on the boards, but how the toxicity here essentially proves the toxicity in game and that the ban is more than likely warranted. In other words, if they were as toxic in game as on the boards, no wonder the account got banned.

Oh, I have empathy. This situations must really suck for OP. That doesn't change the fact that Riots needs to be able to hold somebody responsible for actions taken on an account. It also doesn't change the fact that the account already must have had other (fairly recent) punishments to be permabanned, which makes this permaban partially OP's fault; either because previous punishments were the result of OP's actions, or because OP was negligent enough to not protect his account better even after other people already previously got it punished.

Empathy or not, there's no real alternative here. Showing leniency due to those specific circumstances would set a precedent that pretty much everybody can at least attempt to exploit, which will clog up the forums and clog up their ticketing system with pointless requests of people who are trying to get unbanned.

Edit for true-story-analogy: I recently was caught in a subway without a ticket. I had full intention of buying a ticket for the full semester; in fact I wanted to buy it on the very same day on the return trip (I had a bit of a time issue in the morning). I neither had bad intentions, nor did my actions result in any negative effect for anybody else (which is more than can be said about OP's situation).

But while I tried to explain what happened, I didn't complain when I didn't get any leniency. Instead I simply paid the fine. The reason being the same as in OP's situation: There simply is no alternative in handling these situations. If I was able to get away with "I wanted to buy a time ticket anyway" then everybody could get away with that excuse. I have empathy for myself and I have empathy for OP. But that doesn't mean I can't be rational about it and see why the both of us needed to be punished.

Your "little sister" either said %%% or kys. In any case this is unacceptable and deserves a ban.

On top of that account sharing is also a reason for a ban.

Not that I'd believe that this wasn't actually written by yourself lol

Whatever your case is, each account is held responsible for what happens on that account.

I'd recommend opening a support ticket, but I find it highly unlikely they will overturn this.
