Riot flat out didnt ban a intentionally feeding troll despite screenshots of them admitting it

So last game i had a troll adc who played as khalista. This adc intentionally fed and died 11 times in a 16-minute game forcing, by the end everyone on my team was afk in the fountain. After the first few intentional feeds, she followed me to the jungle and just used E to steal as much as she could before going top and taking his cs and exp while dying. The khalista in-game and post-game admitted that she was intentionally feeding and trolling which i got screenshots of and sent to riot support just to see how they handle this sort of stuff and as it turns out they responded basically saying " sorry you had this happen to you we cant tell you what action we're taking"I assumed they would ban but couldn't share.

Skip forward to today, I check opgg 13 hours later 0/9 as Rakan with 3 tears of the goddess. The game after that is a 1/11 Braum who clearly went afk because they're at least 3 levels below everyone. So yeah, you can blatantly intentionally feed, get reported by everyone, have a ticket opened and repeat this 3 times without getting banned.

GG riot support

From my experence with Riot, they think. well if its not happening to me then there no problem. I have gave them evidence to my problem and they say ow there no problem

nice to see all the downvotes, I can't wait until someone like this ruins your game maybe then you'll remember you're part of the problem for downplaying this. Its one thing for the system to not catch him but when riot support sees this and doesn't ban the person that's different.

Trolls helps RITO to ban accounts. RITO needs money and "toxic" players makes new accounts, buys skins and boosts. Everything works as intended.
