I just got perma banned for no reasons it says i used 3rd part programs which i only used once and then i deleted it and riot just banned my account anyway they didnt even bother to send a warning first i have send tickets but there is no reply yet so please help i just used it once and it didnt give me any advantage it was just custom skins can i get my account back i have spent so much money on it Im not toxic or a cheater i just used a custom skin help pleaese

Well you did use it. So saying you got banned for no reason is false. There is a valid reason you got banned.
Your account with all your champions, masteries, runes and skins is gone. And you won't be getting your account back.
Remember not to break the ToU next time
If you feel your punishment was an error you should submit a Support Ticket. Riot does not currently ban for custom skins (if they don't provide an unfair advantage), but if you were using a program that provides other services which are bannable, you will be banned even if you don't use that particular feature. If you happened to have been using MKjogo, that is one of those programs which have illegal features and you'll be banned even if you only use the custom skins.
I dont want to sound rude, but why does Riot need to warn you first for obviously breaking the rules? Like it just doesnt make any sense to me.

They do bans for using third party software in waves, and sometimes mistakes are made. Politely explain your situation and be patient, it will take up to a day for you to get your first reply. Continue to explain your situation and mention that there have been many players speaking up on the forum about being banned by mistake during this wave and ask for a manual review of your account. If Riot conducts the review and finds that you indeed did nothing wrong then your account will have the ban removed.

I've been using custom skins for years and have never had any issues with it. Put in a Support ticket, and if you are actually 100% telling the truth they can investigate this further for you. The only thing I can think (as DTM has said) is if you gain a measurable advantage over your opponents then it has violated the rules, however MOST custom skins I've come across are very small texture mods that provide a more enjoyable experience that Riot's Official Skins do not have yet (say, Pool Party Heimerdinger with rubber ducky turrets, for instance).
