Dodging Games
Every single one of us has experienced "that guy" in a blind match (or sometimes even draft or ranked) who tries to call a position, doesn't get it, and auto locks anyways. They're the toxic players who say if they DON'T run the lane they want they will int, or who refuse to give up a lane in game and ruin the whole experience for everyone.
So my question is, why am I punished for dodging a toxic match before it happens with a time delay of 15 minutes?
I mean I get wanting some sort of consequence for serial dodgers - those who call a lane, don't get it and dodge instead of take another lane - but why should I have to take another lane and deal with a toxic player for 15-40 minutes when I can avoid being verbally abused by dodging?
I feel like there should be a way to report a player in the champ select screen to try to combat this issue. Maybe it will help alert Riot to more of these toxic players and start putting the punishment on the player who actually deserves to sit on the sidelines for a while. But for now I am still salty over dodging a toxic situation only to be punished for it.
What do you guys think?
