Two players (duo) intentionally banning my hovered champion

I had two games in a row with these guys, I hovered Katarina in champ select and she was banned. He did this knowing I was hovered and was silent about it. I locked in Yasuo in response (for the stigma around him) but fortunately the game ended in a remake. The very next champ select I get this guy and his duo again. He instantly bans Katarina again (I did hover) and his duo banned Yasuo (because that was my fallback champion of choice at the time). I can play plenty of champions, but I only really enjoy playing Katarina anymore so this is quite an annoyance. I had not said or done anything to these guys prior, so it was clear that their intention was to troll people in champion select, under the assumption that there would be absolutely no repercussions. They were also rather toxic ingame as well.
