Was incredibly surprised to find that after 5 years of play and 2 years of no chat restrictions or suspensions or otherwise negative behavior, my account has been permanently banned. I was told to check my email for an explanation, however, there was none.
Zombiemaster4 votesIf you haven't received an e-mail (be sure to check the spam folder if you haven't), and attempting to log into the client yields no information behind your ban, then you will need to submit a support ticket asking for the information regarding your ban.
