How to report an account for phishing?

I've encountered a person who added me on league and I now want to report her/him for phishing for personal info, luring people, and trying to obtain explicit content.

When "she" (not sure if a girl or a guy) first added me on league, she immediately insisted I add her on skype. Her profile picture depicts a pretty girl. At the start she's been overly nice to me trying to get close to me. But recently she messaged me on league asking if I have a picture of myself to show to her. When I declined, I then tried to see if she was legit, so I tell her she can add me on Instagram if she has an account. She then tells me that she doesn't have one, but then she asks me for my Instagram username so that she can make a new account and follow me there.

She also added my friend and he's experiencing an even worse relationship with this "girl". Earlier today, she tried sexually advancing on him, asking to see him on a webcam, and saying stuff like "i wanna have some fun" and "i am alone and so bored :( make me happy". At the start, she told him that she would show him anything he'd like to see, but then ended up making the excuse that "her mic doesn't work". He also added her on discord, and she again told him that her mic still doesn't work with discord, but on discord my friend saw that her mic was just muted.

Is this reportable? If so I want to send a support ticket but my situation doesn't fall under any of the request types. The possible request types are:

I have a question about League of Legends/Riot Games. I would like help with account management or changes. I am having technical issues. I have received unauthorized charges from Riot Games/League of Legends. I need help recovering my account. Has your account been suspended for a chargeback? I have a question about the physical merchandise store. (merch.riotgames.com) I need to make a change to my merch pre-order.

I took screenshots of the conversation just in case I need those.

Any suggestions on what to do?
