Does your report system even work........

Dear Riot games. I'm placing a serious concern on whether or not your report system works, On 5 separate occasions I have been bullied relentlessly by people being exceedingly racist towards me, im not talking about little racist comments as just calling someone "%%%%%%" I'm talking about people literally saying ; " Black people dont have rights" " I will get the K - K - K on you", Go back to the cotton fields where you belong, " Quit stealing my jng typical black man" , " i cant hear you with all the clicking ur making with mouth " . on all these occasions that i was brutally bombarded with racial comment, that were unprovoked at least that's what i reckon, as i did once give some helpful advice " try playing a bit safer, if u miss cs is fine as long as u stay alive n keep ur tower alive" that triggered the guy after his 8th death in a row. but that was on 1 occasion. Im not here to justify my actions or whatnot, im here to complain that nothing has been done to any of those people, and now they are under the mentality that they are safe because they are behind a computer screen and that there are no repercussions to their actions, i have been bullied to the point of tears by players on your game, whether it's in champ select or in-game, before i can mute them, the words that they typed i still see them after muting them n they hurt a lot, there are two people in particular that i have met almost 5 times in a span of 1 year, and out of those five times, they have been relentlessly racist towards me or other people in the game. If tyler one gets banned for being toxic, why don't people like this get banned for mentally assaulting players "ruined your game" and "uncensoredDream" Please riot, do something about this.

I have spent way too much time and money in this game to just throw it away because there are no visible actions being taken to unnecessary abuse, I get this is a game with a very toxic community, but some words are just too much, I would not be taking my time to write this if it was just common in game flame. there are times where it's just below the belt n its now become mental assault.

I can't stress this enough Riot games, Please do something about this.

Two crucial things I reckon you guys should implement 1.) You need to make it so that the lol recorder shows in game chat, so as people like me can get proof of said actions. 2.) You guys need a form of communications that we players can submit such complaints in detail plus with short clipped video proof, this would be a place where only major complaints, would be sent, and if its not a legit complaint and its just players messing around, there should be repercussions.

Just because you do not see action being taken does not mean action is not being taken. Further, Riot already has access to chat logs and replays - there is no reason you would need to access them or submit them to Riot.

If you're concerned you left information out of your report or you forgot to report at endgame screen, you can submit a support ticket and they'll look into it. They do not, however, tell you what if any action was taken.

Riot brainwashed you good didn't they. Usually if there is no evidence its cause you cant prove its existence much like god! Its just some text saying don't worry your gonna get all your just due. No offense if your christian its the first thing that popped to mind. Or to put it in more respectable terms the police are doing everything in their power as they stop caring!

Lol you can say all these people here aren't evidence. Its a small percentage of the real problem at hand and its not really banning anyone properly. It takes only you into account for your action when actions are apart of entropy a reaction to an action they made heimer say it for a reason so they know it exists. The people here complaining have legitimate questions as to why they have been banned when the people have agitated them and said far worst. You dont go on a message board if you know you deserved it let along post all the negative shit you say just to be embarrassed by it.

were staying on context here he has a legit question you questioned his i questioned yours cause his is generally right. Riot has no idea how to make its toxic community better and are pulling a survivor stories and banning people at random for the slightest infractions. People aren't sympathetic to his cause when hes got something similar to what other players are going through. Eye for an eye makes the world go blind yes but just taking an eye cause it was fun is something movies and the good old bible was built on!

I suggest you seek out European sociological and scientific studies. IF victim does not see punishment at all, the damage done by bullies stays full in effect. Thus Riot is supporting bullying in all possible ways as there is no way to check their sincerity on "zero-tolerance" except watching op.gg to show players continue to play for months. That is not "zero-tolerance" but "zero-punishment".

I am sorry, but the view "no naming or shaming" only protects wrongdoers if justice system uses it. No naming or shaming would work for forums if we had working way to report those guys to support. Artificial Stupidity System does not work at all. IMHO it seems to be word list system which is not even AI, but Riot con job.

Honestly, RIot should start paying attention to things like this. The justice system should work like justice system. You get 14 day suspension during which you have trial. If you prove that you were wronged first, sentence is reduced, and wrongdoer is punished. Give people right to defend themselves, and take situation into account. I know this would not work, as it would require RIot games LLC to spend some money on maintaining summoner's code which they have not given a shit since DDoS attacks by those who violate it all the time. It is easier to submit to the protection racket.

Why do you not block/mute? I can guarantee they're going to get whats coming to them. I got into a little trouble a few years ago for getting frustrated in a game. I can BET racist people are going to get hit hard.

I bumped into a trolling lux for 3 games in a row soo tilted off the very presence of me and int fed all 3 games in ranked and i muted from the start! Oh boy did i think to send in a ticket only to get a reply and nothing after that but she trolled me 2 more times after on separate days I am waiting riot looks like ill hold my breath!

Unfortunately there is NO WAY with the GIANT playerbase Riot has that reports are seen within days. Don't forget they have to go through every single report and I'm sure half or more are rage/fake reports. They gotta find the real ones like those and then once that person has accumulated enough reports do they go to get judged.

Trust me, they're gonna get it.

Lol thats a damn lie im passive aggressive its an instantaneous ban that lux player gets 5 games plus? what is their system? I am telling you since i am a previous offender they treat me like a criminal! For other people its a bad 5 games! Thats not justice they didnt see her obviously if you have never been banned before i dont expect you to know the process but its literally some bs.

Also they do have a way you just take a screen shot in game hit print screen and just hit ctrl v in microsoft paint and save it. Then theres a place where you can put in a support ticket with the screen shot and any other negative thing thats said. Just an fyi they give you generic feedback as ty for your time blah blah blah we dont care!
