I had bann on acc bisades that it dont give me keys and do you know how many time continiu this or is it forever?

If you are asking about Hextech eligibility, it depends on how severe your punishment was; higher tier punishments will take longer to work off the ineligibility. All you need to do is keep playing games and not be an unsportsmanlike player and you will start earning Hextech loot again eventually. This will take longer if you don't play much or keep being negative, but the exact duration is not given.
