So basiclly i was jungler in my rank game. i AFk farming and not helping my team at all, joined 0 teamfight. when my team is losing i getting " caught intentionally" . Guess what, my teammates were super toxic and i reported them. they got banned ( gold elo ). i act really nice in chat tho.

That response is just embarrassing.
Riot actually removed the ability to formally submit a ticket to report a player. They took the option away, they don't want or care for people to do it. People do it anyways out of exasperation. Maybe something comes of it, who knows.
After 6 years, people shouldn't even have the opportunity to turn themselves in. You would expect certain patterns of behavior to be identified and punished, severely.

- You can report a player by submitting a ticket and filing it under General Questions; however, this isn't factored into the Instant Feedback system, so until there's enough evidence of consistent negative behavior or if it's negative enough, Player Support will generally not jump in.
- Identifying patterns of silent trolling is a loy harder than just saying "Oh yeah, Riot should just punish people for silent trolling." Intent isn't clear unless someone's being negative or perhaps posts a thread like this saying that they intentionally trolled (although it seems as though this thread was a troll).
Pretty clear message IMO.
While being reported by a handful of premades a few times in games where you are being thoroughly trolled gets you on the punishment track (or w/e its name).

But, you do understand that this guy "designed" a way to troll and report people who are toxic? Why stop him? He is basicly doing Riot job. find and kick out the toxic players:)..HE IS A GENIUS.. Or, is he? Sorry to tell you, but, i have people in my friend list that did this on purpose for like 200 games, or something like that:)..He wanted to derank:)).. Idk about you, but, i would preffer a toxic guy that plays the game, instead of a troll, that makes the game hopeless.And i guess the majority agrees with me on this. Since you can get banned from 1-2 flaming games and you can play like 200 games and troll and get away with it..Well, this is a sign that the system works:)
