for some reason this account got perma suspended for something...... the reason?? i don't even get to know! what is up with riot.. they don't even send me an email message on why and take forever to help me... its been 3 days and i still have not gotten help man i don't want to quit the game but i just wish i can get some help and on why my account is banned.

Riot really needs to make support tickets more obvious.

Send a support ticket in. Why did you think just waiting 3 days was going to change anything?
