"everyone should learn chinese now, coz u can be very toxic in chinese and never get ban, but not in english. and this is proofed by me...... good job Riot. this happened a while ago, there was a player being very toxic in game and keep cursing me for a long period of time then i responded in English, then I got banned and not the person who were toxic in chinese. GOOD JOB RIIIIITO" -----------------------------------This was my previous post, and riot thinks thats breaking the in game rule and DELETED my post !!!!!!! but not banning the right person. what a nice move~~~~~~~~ I wonder how was that making sense, im just helping people or victims like me to do the right thing since RIOT COMPANY WON'T do the right thing. AND I submitted at least 3 tickets and RIOT just ignored it.

In my removal message, it specifically stated not to encourage others to break in-game rules. If that's the goal of your post, then it's breaking the forum's Universal Rules.

"Proofed by me"... Im sure an extensive, methodical, high level study was done that was peer reviewed. I'm sure it was done without bias or prior motive. Don't be toxic in ANY language. Report them at the end of the game and move on. You don't know they weren't punished either. Don't be toxic. Take responsibility for your own actions. Report and move on. And if you were toxic (which you were since you were punished) then Riot did ban the right person. I'm not sure how you're "helping people or victims" by adding to the toxicity.

lol this guy toxic on me for over 30 mins and i responded couple sentence, and this is reason why im the victim. AND matter of fact, i checked on his acc every day, and he never get ban since then, and my tickets were not reviewed. this is my answer. I only talk when i have the fact, this is not high lvl study, but research i have done for past 3 months. LOL

So... How do you know they weren't given a chat restriction? That wouldn't cause any stops in the games being played.

Who was worse doesn't matter.

If they have no previous punishments and didn't use zero tolerance, then yes they may be deserving of a chat restriction instead of 14 day ban.

If you have had previous punishments or used zero tolerance, then a ban may be the step you are at.

Well ya... ive gotten posts removed for suggesting people break the rules too. Nothing wrong with that really. Youre encouraging people to break the rules in chinese so they can get away with it. Big deal. It got removed. Now you know thats against boards rules. Time to move on bud.
