How do you report someone for attempted Phishing(trying to take my account)

To report players who commit offenses outside of matches or who violate the Terms of Service but don't fall under one of the standard categories, you can send Riot a report by submitting a ticket to Riot Games Player Support with a screenshot of the said offenses and any additional information that you'd like to add.

If you're unsure which category to submit your ticket under, just select: [I have a question about League of Legends/Riot Games.] > [Game and Features] > [General Questions]

You could send a support ticket. But all you get is a standardized response that says something along the lines of "You shouldn't be using support tickets for this. please use the ingame report system. We will have someone look into it." Regardless of teh fact that you cant actually ingame report these people and that even if you do the ingame report feature does jack shit. And this person will continue to break the rules for as long as they feel like as long as they don't use the N word.
